Please read these terms carefully before booking any of our travel services

Welcome to LetsGoUzbekistan (www.letsgouzbekistan.com), the official travel brand of East Asia Point FE ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Company Information

LetsGoUzbekistan is the official travel brand of East Asia Point FE, a licensed tour operator based in the Republic of Uzbekistan, specializing in cultural, historical, adventure, and tailor-made travel throughout Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required deposit or full payment;
  • Written booking confirmation issued by East Asia Point FE.
All bookings are subject to availability.

Prices

All prices published on our website, quotations, brochures, and promotional materials are based on supplier rates, taxes, fuel costs, exchange rates, and other operating expenses applicable at the time of publication.

East Asia Point FE reserves the right to amend published prices at any time prior to booking confirmation.

Following confirmation, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price only where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Introduction of new government taxes or increases in existing taxes;
  • Significant currency exchange rate fluctuations;
  • Fuel surcharge increases;
  • Supplier price increases;
  • Changes in transportation costs.
Should any price adjustment become necessary, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Discounts, including returning customer discounts, cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers. Where multiple discounts are available, only the highest applicable discount will be applied.

Payments

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total tour price, with a minimum deposit of USD 300 per booking, together with written confirmation from East Asia Point FE.

Upon receipt of the deposit, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the tour commencement date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking. East Asia Point FE reserves the right to cancel the reservation and recover any unpaid amounts.

Cancellation Policy

The tour price includes planning, administration, supplier payments, transportation arrangements, staffing, equipment, operational expenses, and other costs incurred before the tour begins. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

Should you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Individual tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation policies, which will be communicated before booking confirmation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking. Cancellation requests should be sent to your designated travel consultant, with a copy to info@asia-point.uz. Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be given for unused services, missed excursions, voluntary withdrawal from the tour, early departure, or any services not utilized by the client. Any changes requested after the commencement of the tour will be entirely at the client's own expense.

Refunds

Where a refund is due from East Asia Point FE in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, it will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Refunds are generally processed within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the payment method, banking procedures, and third-party payment providers.

East Asia Point FE shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or other financial institutions beyond our control.

Any applicable bank charges, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank fees, or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

Changes Requested by the Client

Requests to modify confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

East Asia Point FE will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated.

Cancellation by East Asia Point FE

East Asia Point FE reserves the right to cancel a booking before full payment has been received. In such cases, all payments received will be refunded in full.

After full payment has been received, cancellation by East Asia Point FE will occur only where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make the operation of the tour impossible. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • War;
  • Political instability;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Terrorism;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Other force majeure events.
In such cases, clients will be offered either an equivalent alternative tour or travel service, or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation shall be payable beyond the total amount received from the client.

Changes to Itineraries

Although itinerary changes are uncommon, East Asia Point FE reserves the right to modify itineraries before or after the tour begins where necessary. Changes may result from:

  • Weather conditions;
  • Road closures;
  • Government regulations;
  • Safety concerns;
  • Operational requirements;
  • Hotel or supplier availability;
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.
Whenever possible, equivalent alternatives will be provided. No compensation shall be payable for itinerary changes made in the interests of safety or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • A valid passport;
  • All required visas;
  • Health documentation where applicable;
  • Any documents required by immigration authorities.
East Asia Point FE accepts no responsibility for costs arising from incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documentation.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.

Each traveller must obtain adequate travel insurance before the commencement of the tour, covering at minimum:

  • Emergency medical expenses;
  • Hospitalization;
  • Medical evacuation;
  • Repatriation;
  • Trip cancellation or interruption;
  • Baggage loss or delay;
  • Personal liability.
East Asia Point FE cannot be held responsible for flight delays or cancellations, train delays, visa refusals, closure of tourist attractions, hotel or supplier decisions, illness or injury, or loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Should a client become ill during the tour, all medical expenses, hospital charges, doctor's fees, evacuation costs, and repatriation expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the client or their insurer.

Health Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the booked tour.

Any medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations should be disclosed before booking.

Liability

East Asia Point FE acts as a tour operator and works with independent suppliers, including hotels, airlines, rail operators, transport companies, guides, restaurants, and other service providers.

While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations by third-party suppliers;
  • Airline schedule changes;
  • Lost or damaged baggage;
  • Personal injury or illness;
  • Theft or loss of personal belongings;
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the booked travel services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Force Majeure

East Asia Point FE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • War;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Terrorism;
  • Strikes;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Fires;
  • Floods;
  • Earthquakes;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Government actions;
  • Severe weather;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Other force majeure events.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, itineraries, graphics, logos, maps, videos, and design elements, is the property of East Asia Point FE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for providing travel services, processing bookings, responding to enquiries, and complying with legal obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
